R&D expert at General Motors Corporation and Magna International for the past forty-two years. Executive Vice President of R&D and Engineering in charge of Global Research and Development Operations for Decoma International, Inc.

Scott C. Dorey

Mr. Dorey is a founding partner at Britton Hill Partners LLC, a private investment firm based in Miami and New York. Formally a senior executive at Lehman Bothers, he also serves as a director of several Toronto Stock Exchange public companies.

Don Amos

Former Executive Vice President of Magna International Inc.and the former Executive Vice President and COO of Magna Entertainment Corp. Mr. Amos is associated with both theThoroughbred and Standardbred horse industry in the United states and Canada. He continues as an active horse breeder and owner.

Dr. John Gland

Dr. Gland recently retired from the University of Michigan, Chemistry and Chemical Engineering departments, after more than 40 years developing chemical catalysts and advanced materials. Prior to a successful academic career, Dr. Gland led elite scientific and engineering R&D teams at General Motors and Exxon Corporate Laboratories.
