RMOR Skin is ICI’s proprietary reinforced thermoplastic facing material that has a superior strength to weight ratio. RMOR Skin is highly versatile, impact resistant and impenetrable to water, and is an ideal material in conditions where strength, durability and light weight is required.  RMOR Skin can be formed into different shapes and joined with various core materials to create structural sandwich panels for load-bearing applications.  It can also be decorated with films, laminates, and coatings as well as be married to various core materials to provide structural sandwich solutions.

RMOR Skin is an environmentally friendly material, made with recycled materials and is itself recyclable.  It is made using a highly specialized manufacturing process that ensures the bonds between the fibres and thermoplastic material are nearly impenetrable and allows the skin to be manufactured in widths of up to 10 feet.  RMOR Skin is available in rolls, custom dimensions and other formulations that do not affect the performance of the material.  ICI uses RMOR Skin in the production of its EcoScape Housing panels, RedEShelters, RapTer modules, containers, and various industrial applications.
