The Cottage, at 474 square feet features a very efficient layout and extremely well utilized floor space.  The Cottage is the smallest of our current plan offerings it ncludes two nice size (12 ft. X 9 ft.) bedrooms and a combination living room / dining area.

Another feature of The Cottage is the utilitarian bathroom with shower, sink, water closet and shelving for linens and a kitchen space allowing for sink, range and refrigerator.
