Terry Ball – President / CEO
Mr. Ball founded ICI in the fall of 2006 and is the current President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Ball has worked for over 25 years in the auto industry, including 18 years at Magna International of Toronto, Ontario. Terry Ball brings extensive experience in plastics, composites, and manufacturing, starting out as a tool and die maker to become President of Decoma Exterior Trim. At Decoma, Mr. Ball oversaw the launch of many new products and applications in the plastics and composites sector and in the automotive markets globally. Mr. Ball became COO of Decoma Exterior Trim, a subsidiary of Magna International Inc., upon it becoming a publicly traded company, and was responsible for all aspects of its $800 million in sales and 7000 employees, from research and development through profit and loss. Under Mr. Ball’s leadership, Decoma Exterior Trim became a benchmark in profitability, cost reduction and new product development. Mr. Ball is an entrepreneur with a proven track record whose past experience and industry contacts provide access to a vast array of management, engineering, and manufacturing talent and opportunities.
Sam Greiss – CFO
Mr. Greiss is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of business experience that has included finance and accounting, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, operations, and business development. Mr. Greiss was most recently with Guardian Capital Group Limited, a Canadian publicly listed diversified financial services company with over $25 billion in assets under management and administration that operates through subsidiaries inCanada, the Cayman Islands andBarbados. During Mr. Greiss’ tenure, Guardian’s market capitalization grew from approximately $75 million to a peak of over $500 million in 2007. Prior to Guardian, Mr. Greiss was with the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board as a Portfolio Manager in the Real Estate group where he participated in number of transactions, including the $3.2 billion restructuring and acquisition of Cadillac Fairview Corporation.
Bryce Clark – Director of Manufacturing
Mr. Clark joined ICI as Director of Manufacturing. Previously, Mr. Clark worked at Magna International Inc. for 12 years where he became the Director of Operations of the Auto Systems Lighting Division, which employed 1,000 people, with sales of $300 million. Mr. Clark’s expertise and knowledge of the Toyota production system is a key part of the management strength to be utilized at ICI. He is a proven technical leader in world class manufacturing systems.
Natalia Stepanova – Controller
Prior to ICI Ms. Stepanova was employed with SunLife Financial as Financial Advisor. She was responsible for the identification of potential clients, preparation and presentation of financial needs analysis and education of clients on various insurance, investments, and retirement planning options.
Prior to Dynamotive, Ms. Stepanova was Client Services Director and Member of the Board of Directors at IMSG – International Marketing and Sales Group in Moscow, Russia.
Chris Olson – General Manager – Sault St Marie Facility
Christopher Olson is General Manager at the Sault St Marie Facility. He has 18 years of automotive sales, program management, and engineering experience with several fortune 500 companies. Most recently Mr. Olson managed all aspects of accounts with organizations such as General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, various tiered suppliers, and industrial customers. He graduated Lake Superior State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology and has since received an MBA in Finance.
Greg Brower – Director R&D
Mr. Brower comes to ICI with 35 years of plastics and automotive experience with the last ten as Manager of Advanced Development for Decoma International. For the past three years, Mr. Brower has benchmarked the global thermoplastic composites market and was in charge of Advanced Composite Development at Decoma International. His wealth of knowledge and experience in these areas is of great value, and will serve as a focal point for commercializing composite technologies and processes in order to develop profitable product lines for the company.
