Board of Directions

Dennis Woods

Mr. Woods has a proven track record as a true entrepreneur. He has an industrial and mechanical engineering background and started his technical and management experience at the Automotive Eckland Group. In 1999 Mr. Wood started DW Aluminum and Extrusion. Utilizing innovative manufacturing systems and developing world class extrusion equipment he grew the DW Aluminum business to US$230 million in sales in manufacturing through 4 distributors.


Terry Ball

Over 25 years technology commercialization experience including, 18 years at Magna International. Extensive experience in plastics, composites, and manufacturing, last position President of Decoma Exterior Trim with $800 million in sales and 7000 employees.


Ken Keeley

Mr. Keeley, age 68, has been owner, developer and investor of various businesses. He was Division President of Airgas, Inc. (NYSE) until his retirement in May 1997. He served as a Board Member of Bay Medical Center in Bay City, MI from 1987-1997 and is also a founding member of the venture capital group Blue Water Angels. In addition, he has also served as Board Member of various public economic development groups.


Fraser Wray

Former VP of Magna International Inc. and the former President and CEO of Decoma International Inc. Mr. Wray has a wealth of expertise related to all aspects of financial advisory services. He has completed numerous acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and recapitalizations as a principal, advisor and as a senior officer of large multi-national corporations.


Marc Wade

Managing Director of Britton Hill Partners. Prior to Mr. Wade's involvement with Britton Hill Partners, he Co-founded Ed-Lynn Network LLC, an Ohio based polymer additives company with multiple offices and production facilities throughout North and South America. As CEO of Ed-Lynn, Mr. Wade built one of the most innovating and proven management teams in the chemical field. Mr. Wade still remains an active shareholder and holds a seat on the company's board of directors.


J. Brian Colburn

Brian attended the University of Western Ontario Law School from which he graduated in 1968, was called to the Ontario Bar in 1970 and received his LLM in Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1981.

He joined Magna International Inc. as Vice-President, Secretary and General Counsel. Since 1981 Brian has been involved in various legal and other positions within Magna, including General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, Executive Vice-President and member of the Executive Committee. During this period he has been responsible for supervision of Magna’s global legal activities, human resources, risk management and corporate governance. He retired from Magna on April 30, 2009.

Brian is currently a director and Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Compensation Committee of Azure Dynamics Corporation (TSX: AZD) and was formerly a director of CPI Plastics Ltd.
